Cancellation and No-Show Policy
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be refunded the full cost of the massage except for $25.00, which I retain as a fee.
There is a $40.00 fee for "no-showing" (not showing up for your appointment). You will be refunded the cost of your massage minus the $25.00 “no-show” fee.
If you “no-show” or cancel a two-hour appointment with less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be refunded the full cost of the massage except for $80.00, which I retain as a fee.
Please arrive on time. If you are late, your appointment will still end at its scheduled time.
Please contact me if a life event caused you to no-show or abruptly cancel your appointment. I am sympathetic and can waive the fee. I reserve the right to refuse you as a client if you cancel and/or no-show three times.
